Offering a $75 per person tasting menu, we focus on local, fresh and seasonal ingredients, working proudly with Tasmanian producers to ensure only the best quality creations end up on your plate.

Dier Makr’s wine list - available by the glass or bottle - centres on wines produced with minimal intervention by the winemakers. With small amounts, to zero added chemicals, most of our wines are produced in vineyards that employ organic and/or biodynamic vinification practices.

All of our wines are available in house or retail from our walk-in wine cellar, where you will find our knowledgable staff ready to assist in making the perfect selection for you.
